1. Stuffed Chicken w/ artichoke, spinach, & goat cheese. Red bliss mashed potatoes, carrots, with a mushroom sauce.
2. Wood-Fired Grill Pork Chop w/ Onion rings on top, jalapeno sauce, mashed potatoes, & collard greens
