New York, New York January 26, 2018 -- Last night, The Quintessential Gentleman kicked their 2018 into overdrive as they hosted a double cover release party for their Power Issue in New York City at the Armitron watches showroom with special guests from the cast of Giants, the Issa Rae and Jussie Smollett, executive produced YouTube series.

Attendees which included influencers and special guests were gifted watches as their wristbands for entry, courtesy of presenting sponsor Armitron. Signature cocktails from Deep Eddy Vodka were served; along with light bites courtesy of Chef Garth Cheese. The vibes were provided by D.J. B Majr, which served as the perfect backdrop for the timeless event.

Editor-in-Chief Eric K. Thomas unveiled the newly designed print cover of The Quintessential Gentleman which features the male cast of Giants and rising star, DeRon Horton of Netflix's Dear White People. Followed by the reveal, lead actor James Bland and fellow castmates CJ Faison, Sean Samuels, and Mansa Wakil debuted the official trailer for Season 2 of the hit series.

Guests Included entertainer LaToya London (Color Purple), actor Jeremy Carver (Empire), ABC’s Great American Baking Show Winner, Vallery Lomas, actor Michael Oloyede of BET’s Brooklyn. Blue. Sky, and singer/songwriter LeA Robinson, actor Brett Gray (NBC Rise), and Dr. Ivan Hernandez.
